- Delivery of art: Wednesday, July 31, 8am-6pm
- Delivery of artisan wares: Friday, August 3rd, 8am-12pm
- Show opens: Friday, August 2nd, 7pm
- Show closes: Sunday, August 4th, 4pm
- Sold artworks and artisan & artist pick up of unsold items : Sunday, August 4th, 4:30-6pm (artisans), 5-6pm (artists)
