I began my professional career as an artist over 30 years ago after studying Fine Art at Penrith TAFE and UWS Nepean.
My career started by painting murals, which was very satisfying and lasted around 12 years. I then decided to open my first gallery in Blaxland. A few yearslater I opened a new gallery in Glenbrook. We then moved to Q’ld and it wasn’tlong before I opened another gallery in Buderim. My husband and I have re- cently moved to the beautiful south coast of NSW where I continue to paint and have become involved with the local art society.
I have been in many group exhibitions and also had many solo exhibitions over my career, probably my most controversial and publicised solo exhibition wastitled “Why” in 1999 and held at The Downing Centre Sydney and opened byThe Hon. Justice Michael Kirby.
I’ve been called a Romantic Realist, but I like to experiment with all mediumsstyles and subjects. Painting has been a passion which I have been lucky enough to enjoy my entire life.
